Property sites change every day, which is why hand-translated listings never stay translated. Proxylang translates each listing the first time somebody opens it in a new language, and gives every language its own indexable page for buyers searching from abroad.
A property site is not a brochure. Units come on, prices move, listings sell. A translation workflow with a human step per listing cannot keep up, and a half-translated portfolio looks worse than an untranslated one.
Listing copy is written quickly, in volume, by whoever took the instruction. It is exactly the content nobody will ever budget to have translated by hand, and exactly the content a buyer reads most closely.
Someone buying abroad searches in their own language long before they contact an agent. If your listing pages are only indexed in one language, you are not in the results they are reading.
Publish as you always have. The first request for that listing in a given language translates it, and the result is cached for everybody after. There is no export, no re-import, and nothing to re-run when your portfolio changes.
Pin neighbourhood names, building names, development names and your own branding in the glossary and they survive untouched in every language. A district translated into its literal meaning is a district nobody can search for.
Numbers are preserved, not recalculated. A price stays the price you published and a floor area stays the figure you published. If you want a buyer to see their own currency, that belongs in your listing system, and whatever it outputs is translated.
Search interfaces are mostly small strings — "3 bedrooms", "sort by newest", "under contract". They are translated along with the listing copy, so the whole search experience is in one language rather than the descriptions alone.
