Frequently asked questions
When do I get paid?
Commission accrues automatically every month and is visible in real time on your dashboard. Payouts run quarterly so that refund and chargeback windows fully clear before we transfer. Both Korean and international bank accounts are supported, and we cover the outgoing transfer fees.
Which payments earn commission?
Every payment your clients make: monthly subscriptions, annual payments, plan upgrades, and credit purchases. It's not just the first payment: renewals keep earning for as long as the client stays subscribed. Commission is calculated on the amount after discounts, excluding VAT; refunds, cancelled payments, and chargebacks are excluded.
Who handles support and operations after the sale?
Proxylang does. Billing, invoicing, taxes, translation infrastructure, and customer support are all on us. You never handle your clients' money or provide technical support. You focus on proposals and sales.
Who covers bank transfer fees?
We cover the fees on our end for every payout. Note that some banks charge a receiving fee for international transfers; that part is set by your bank and outside our control.
Does the 50% first-month discount apply to annual payments?
The 50% discount applies to the first payment of monthly subscriptions. Annual plans already include 2 months free, so no additional discount is applied.
Can partners outside Korea apply?
Yes. Commission payouts to international bank accounts are supported, outgoing transfer fees are on us, and the partner dashboard and checkout pages are available in English.
How does my commission rate increase?
It's automatic, based on your number of active paying clients: 10% from 1 client, 15% from 3, 20% from 10, and 25% from 20. When you reach a higher tier, the higher rate applies to every subsequent payment from all of your clients, including ones you signed earlier. Commission already accrued keeps the rate it was earned at.
What happens to my commission if a client cancels?
When a client’s subscription ends, commission stops accruing for that client, but everything already accrued is still paid out. If the client re-subscribes, commission starts accruing again.
Is there a minimum sales quota?
No. There are no sales obligations or targets. Sell at your own pace.
Does my clients' discount affect my commission?
Payments with the 50% first-month discount still earn commission as normal, calculated on the discounted amount.
