Continuously improved translations
Translating a page once is the easy part. Keeping it reading well is the part everyone skips. We keep re-reading what is already live on your site, and when something reads wrong, we fix it.
What it catches
The words are right and the sentence still reads like a translation. We rewrite it the way somebody who speaks the language would actually say it.
Product names, feature names and brand words that should have been left exactly as you wrote them. We put them back.
A sentence that came out saying something slightly different from the original. Those get caught against the rest of the page, not read in isolation.

A page gets translated the first time somebody visits it in that language. That is the part you pay for, and you pay for it once.

Afterwards, lines from that page are re-read in context: against the rest of the page, against what your business does, and against the words you told us to leave alone.

When a better wording exists, the live page picks it up. Visitors see the improved version on their next visit. You do not have to approve anything, re-publish anything, or re-translate anything.
The rules it follows
Anything you changed by hand, and anything you put in your glossary, stays exactly as you wrote it. An improvement never overwrites your wording.
You pay once, the first time a page is translated. Re-checks and rewrites are free and do not come out of your word allowance.
Changes are listed in your glossary. If you disagree with one, edit it and your version sticks.
