คำถาม&คำตอบ

Yes. Our AI reads the full page for context, not just individual sentences. You can override any translation or pin brand terms to stay in English.

No. Depending on your site, you either paste one line of code or connect your domain from your registrar. Both take about a minute, and we guide you through every step.

Yes. New pages, new posts, and new comments are translated automatically the moment they go live. All dynamic content (fetched from APIs, your database, or any other source) can be translated as long as it appears on your website pages.

No. Translations are cached at 300+ edge locations around the world, so visitors get fast responses no matter where they are.

Yes. Every translated page is fully rendered HTML with correct hreflang tags. In proxy mode, you get clean per-language URLs like /es/, /fr/, and /de/ that search engines index as separate pages. In script-tag mode, language switching happens client-side, so URLs stay on your original domain. Hybrid mode is the best of both worlds, serving humans with the client-side widget, and bots server-side with optimized, bot-friendly text. Per-language SEO (hreflang + indexable /lang/ URLs) is available on the Lite plan and up.

Nothing breaks, no surprise bills. Word translations are persistent and never reset, so if you exceed your word limit, already-translated pages keep serving from cache and new content shows in the original language until you upgrade. Page views reset monthly, and the limits are very generous, so you will likely never get close. If you do exceed them, visitors see the original-language version until the next monthly reset (no upgrade required). Your analytics dashboard shows usage by page and which elements drive the most translations, so you can see exactly where your quota is going. We email you at 75%, 90%, and 100%. Page views in your original language never count toward your limit.

Yes. We support Arabic, Hebrew, Persian, and Urdu. The page layout flips automatically. Your images and videos stay exactly as they are.

Yes. Cancel with one click. Your translated pages continue to serve from cache for one full month after your billing period ends, giving you time to plan your next move.

As many as you want. Live Chat is one monthly subscription for your whole account: unlimited domains and unlimited agents, with no per-seat charge. Invite a colleague by email and they answer from the same inbox, each person reading and writing in the language they picked. The only thing the plan meters is translated messages per month, and messages between two people already writing the same language are free.

Yes. Every paid plan comes with image translation credits already included, from 2 on Lite up to 100 on Business. Add a simple tag to any image you want translated (no developer needed) and we translate it to match the language each visitor selects in the Proxylang widget. If you run out, top-up packs start at $5 and never renew on their own.

We are here every day, including weekends, to assist you with questions, technical details, or hear your feedback. Just use our live chat in the bottom right corner (for a quick response) or email us at hello@proxylang.dev.
